• PULS3 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Do not use PULS3 for emergencies.
• For urgent or serious concerns, contact qualified medical professionals or emergency services.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using logging and profile features.
• Review generated guidance critically and apply personal judgment.
• Keep account and device access secure.

5. Data and Privacy

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Local data export and delete-all-data controls are provided in-app.

6. Availability and Changes

The app may change, pause, or remove features without prior notice. Integrations and third-party services may affect functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

PULS3 is provided "as is" without warranties of clinical outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using PULS3 at any time and remove your local data with the in-app delete-all-data flow.
