Terms of Use
Last updated: 7 August 2026
1. Acceptance
By using PULS3, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Product Scope
- PULS3 provides software-based health coaching support.
- The service is intended for informational and habit-coaching purposes.
- Features may evolve over time, including integrations and model providers.
3. Connected Services
You can connect third-party services such as Oura. Your use of a connected service is governed by that service's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and disconnecting them in Settings stops the connection.
4. Not Medical Advice
- PULS3 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Do not use PULS3 for emergencies.
- For urgent or serious concerns, contact qualified medical professionals or emergency services.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when using logging and profile features.
- Review generated guidance critically and apply personal judgment.
- Keep account and device access secure.
6. Data and Privacy
- Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
- You can export or delete the data stored on your device in Settings.
- If you sign in, some data is also stored on our servers (your registration, and encrypted backups of your conversations and household settings). You can ask us to delete it; the Privacy Policy explains how.
7. Subscriptions
Paid features are sold as subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Apple handles billing, renewal, and cancellation under your Apple account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
8. Communications
We send sign-in emails when you request them. Optional emails (the weekly report, re-engagement check-ins) are sent only if you turn them on, and every one includes a way to turn them off.
9. Availability and Changes
The app may change, pause, or remove features without prior notice. Integrations and third-party services may affect functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
PULS3 is provided "as is" without warranties of clinical outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the app.
11. Ending Your Use
You may stop using PULS3 at any time. Deleting the app or using the delete-all-data flow removes the data on your device. If you signed in, ask us to delete your server-side data as well; the Privacy Policy explains how. We may suspend access for abuse of the service.
12. Governing Law
These terms are between you and PULS3 PTY LTD (ACN 696 197 412) and are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
13. Contact
For questions about these terms, email team@puls3.app.
