Workout dashboards tell you what happened. PULS3 helps you decide what to do next.
It reads load, HRV, resting heart rate, and recent session history so today's training recommendation matches your current recovery state.
What you get
A practical recommendation for today: push, maintain, or recover, with brief reasoning tied to your recent signals.
You also get context-aware follow-up prompts in chat to refine sets, intensity, and recovery work.
Clinically grounded
Before ramping up intensity, your coach checks for anything that might need a doctor's all-clear first. Training is designed around how often you train, how hard you go, and how you're recovering — with a safe rate of progression built in.
We track whether your recent training matches what your body is used to, so you know when to push and when to ease off. Recovery guidance includes evidence-based cold and heat exposure timing. All recommendations align with Australian Physical Activity Guidelines.
Works with your training style
Running, lifting, mixed training, or general fitness all work. Guidance adapts to your actual pattern and keeps recommendations realistic when sleep, stress, or life stage shifts your recovery.
PULS3 is local-first: workout data and conversation history are stored on-device by default. Some coaching responses use pseudonymous cloud model calls with minimized context, and safety audit logs are stored locally by default and excluded from routine cloud sync.
