Nutrition coaching is grounded in evidence-based guidelines, adjusted for your life stage — whether that means different needs around your cycle, pregnancy, menopause, or hormonal changes.
An optional AUDIT-C alcohol screen flags consumption patterns that may warrant a conversation with your GP. You can also share meal photos directly in chat for more specific guidance — all image processing happens on-device.
Works with your context
If sleep was poor, stress was high, or training load increased, nutrition guidance adjusts with it. You can ask direct questions and get answers that reflect your own data instead of generic templates.
PULS3 is local-first: nutrition data and conversation history are stored on-device by default. Some coaching responses use pseudonymous cloud model calls with minimized context, and safety audit logs are stored locally by default and excluded from routine cloud sync.
